Satisfied user of family planning attracts more women

Rosemary Kabaseke, 32, has 3 children and has used Jadelle for 5 years and she has not had any challenges using modern methods of family planning. Rosemary heard about the outreach that was organized by Mpuuga Medical Centre in Kyankwanzi. She had been using Jadelle for the last 5 years and it was due for removal.

“I have used family planning for 5 years now and have benefited a lot. My children have received the best from me because I can manage the number. Family planning has given me the opportunity to attend to my other work, something that would not have been the case if I was giving birth every year ” Rosemary Kabaseke.

The outreach was organized by Mpuuga Medical Centre, on July 13, 2015 with support from UHMG. The outreach served over 20 women with both short and long term family planning methods. UHMG in partnership with private health clinics 2 outreaches in each district from the month of May to July 2015.
