The STAR-SW project is a USAID funded project being implemented by a consortium of partners with Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric AIDS foundation as the lead partner. Other members of the consortium include Uganda Health Marketing Group (UHMG), Mayanja Memorial Hospital and Mulago Mbarara Teaching Hospitals' Joint AIDS program (MJAP).
